Wanda Ann Mount

Wanda Ann Mount “Holy Road Woman”, 72, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday April 5th, 2025, at her home in Hays, MT, with her niece Felecia holding her hand.  
Wanda was born on March 25, 1953, to John Joseph, and Bernice Doney Mount in Fort Belknap, MT.  She attended the Mission grade school and was one of the last graduates of Mission High School in 1972. After high school she attended college at Eastern Washington State, then transferred to Haskell. After She returned home, she was blessed with 3 children, John Warren, Kendra Lee and William James.  Wanda was a very hardworking and independent woman. She later met Maynard Crasco in the 80’s and married him in 1993.  Her and Maynard played an integral part of raising their grandchildren and her great grandchildren at their home in Beaver Creek, on the east side of the Little Rockies. She eventually made her way back to Hays with her daughter Kendra, Niya, and Gabe where she would live out the rest of her days. 
She is survived by her 3 children John, Cissy, and Willie, grandsons Wyatt, Andrew, Gabriel, John Jr., and William Jr. Her granddaughters Amanda, Hailee, Heidi, and Aspen. Great grandchildren Jakobe, Layne, Ali, Niya, Kelson, Kayloni, Alaynna, Kaylissa, Mezz, Saraye, Teagan, Tyler, Woodlyn and Williow. Adopted children Jakobe, Anyia and Colby.  Siblings Jay Willie (Mary), Brenda, Carla (Ray), Dianna (John), Bonnie, Harlan (Mary H.), Nick (Wendy) Hopkins. And Numerous nieces and nephews. 
She is preceded in death by her parents, Siblings, Johnny, Lee, Clinton, Anita, Howard, Wendall, Florence, and Linda. And Grandchildren Kelsey, Tyler, Shelly, TJ and JT Allen, Suzie and Tonya King and Landen Fox. And great grand baby Linda, baby twins and tiny baby Young 
Apologies, if we have forgotten anyone in our time of grieving it was not intentional. Wanda Appreciated everyone who came to visit, play dice and cards with her.
