Joe was born April 28, 1976 in Fort Belknap, MT. He grew up in Hays, also living in Fort Belknap for 15 years. He worked as a mechanic all his life, starting at 12 years old with Tim G and Uncle Jimmy G. He also worked in forestry for 10 years.
Joe often spent his time working on cars and dumpster diving with his family. He was an artist and did tattoos. He enjoyed riding horses with friends and cousins. Loved to cruise his vehicles especially his trucks. As time passed he enjoyed sitting shotgun and was always ready for anything making memories with everyone. Joe liked being with and teasing his family and he loved his nieces and nephews as his own. He particularly enjoyed spending time in the mountains with his grandkids and daughters. He knew how rough life was and he never let it get him down. He always had a smile on his face. So when he saw others struggling he was always there to help. Most of all he loved his mother, Catherine Longknife.
